• Laundry* is done on premise with only environmentally friendly products such as; Ecover or Seventh Generation detergents;
• All cleaning agents are biodegradable and certified organic;
• All Sheets and towels are 100% cotton and comforters are 100% down;
• There are 3 Mitsubishi split/unit wall-mount Air Conditioners located in every room with individual set up and on/off preference.  These units are very energy efficient and very quiet;
• LCD TV in each bedroom with HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime channels;
• WiFi internet connection;

FYI

• No laundry facilities on site for guests. However, there are several laundry facilities in the neighborhood that will pick up and deliver

• We leave coffee, tea, milk and cream in the Breakfast/Sitting Room.

• There are no guest cooking facilities on site.

• We operate only one guest unit at this location and there is no concierge service. 

• Check-in is between 2 & 7 PM with some flexibility for late arrivals.   Sorry, we are unable to accommodate very late or very early arrivals.
