• All Sheets and towels are 100% cotton and comforters are 100% down;
• There are 3 Mitsubishi split/unit wall-mount Air Conditioners located in every room with individual set up and on/off preference.  These units are very energy efficient and very quiet;
• LCD TV in each bedroom with HBO, Cinemax and ShowTime channels;
• WiFi internet connection;

* No laundry facilities on site for guests. However, there are several laundry facilities in the neighborhood that will pick up and deliver.

We leave coffee, tea, milk and cream.

There are no guest cooking facilities on site.

There is no telephone service in the rooms.   If needed, local calls are free from the house phone

We operate only one guest unit at this location and there is no concierge service.  Check-in is between 2 & 7 PM with some flexibility for late arrivals.   Sorry, we are unable to accommodate very late or very early arrivals.
